Product line
Nine series, from combination kits to warning triangles
Every part belongs to a series. Open the series for the selection table across bodies and functions, then the part for dimensions, photometry and packing.
Combination Kits
Complete rear-lighting kits for trailers under and over 80 inches wide — two combination lamps, amber markers, plate bracket, Y-harness and hardware in one part number.
View series →Tail, Turn & Stop
Oval, round and bar-format stop, turn and tail lamps, plus mid-turn and parking functions, in 10-LED and 13-LED configurations.
View series →Backup Lamps
White backup lamps to the FMVSS R function, in the 6 inch oval and 4 inch round bodies that match the red lamps they sit beside.
View series →Marker & Clearance
Round clearance, side-marker and identification lamps in 2 inch, 2-1/2 inch and 3/4 inch bodies, for trailers that need marker lighting without reflex.
View series →Marker with Reflex
The same marker bodies with a reflex reflector moulded into the lens — one part where the trailer needs a marker and a reflex device in the same place.
View series →License Plate Lamps
Grommet-mount and bolt-on plate lamps to the FMVSS L function, including a hooded variant for finished panels and a houseless 3/4 inch body.
View series →Smoke Series
The range in smoke gray lens: oval, round, marker and plate lamps that keep the lighting flush with dark bodywork instead of interrupting it.
View series →Harness & Hardware
Pigtails, grommets, PL-3 plugs, welded steel light boxes, L-brackets and stainless semi-truck panel boxes — the hardware that finishes an installation and keeps it serviceable.
View series →Warning Triangles
FMVSS 125 and SAE J774 reflective warning triangles, three to a storage case, for roadside stops and slow-moving loads.

Sealing
IP67 is a process here, not a claim.
A PMMA lens sonically welded to an ABS housing, potted where the body is small enough to need it. The same construction runs across all nine series, so a marker lamp and a combination lamp are built the same way — and fail the same way, which is to say not at all.
01 / TOOLING
Moulds cut in-house
Housing and lens tools are designed and cut in our own mould shop, so a revision to the sealing face does not wait on a supplier queue.
02 / ASSEMBLY
Lens welded, not gasketed
A PMMA lens is sonically welded to the ABS housing. There is no gasket to age, harden or get pinched on the line.
03 / TEST
Every unit lit and checked
Each lamp is powered and inspected in-line, not sampled at the end of a batch. Potted bodies get the same treatment.
Industries
Where these parts end up
Each trailer class carries its own FMVSS 108 lighting set. These are the ones we build parts for every day.
On the road
The only test that matters happens at 2 a.m., in a mirror.
Why RayGlance
Four things we do differently
16
Own tooling
Mould design, five-axis optical machining and injection moulding under one roof.
IP67
Sealed, not glued
Sonically welded PMMA lenses on ABS housings, potted where the body is small.
100%
In-line inspection
Every unit is lit and checked on the line, not sampled at the end.
FMVSS 108
Designed to the clause
Photometry verified in our own darkroom and by independent U.S. laboratories.
How we can help
Start from the lighting, the wiring, or a housing that does not exist yet
Quality & compliance
Regulation is a design input, not a final inspection
We build to the clause from the first CAD revision, verify photometry in our own lab and confirm it with U.S.-based testing laboratories.
FMVSS 108 & 125 covered
Photometric design and verification run in parallel across the part categories we produce.
Third-party verification
Photometric results are confirmed by U.S.-based testing laboratories, not only in our own darkroom.
ISO 9001:2015 certified
Certificate PCC85725Q01560R0S, valid to 1 Sep 2028, annual surveillance.
2026 catalog
Every part, every photometric plot, every carton size
The 2026 catalog covers the full trailer lighting range with FMVSS categories, dimensional drawings, candela distribution plots and packing data.
